We are fairly new to Track-It 2018 (started in late Dec). Now that we have a full month to report on, we've rearranged some of our categories and want to change the categories on a number of our Jan closed tickets. We know we can re-open a ticket and change the category, but then when we close it the closed date changes. We don't want to affect the closed date. Is there a solution to this that anyone has used.
Currently there is really no way to do this. If you re-open the ticket, the close information is cleared and re-entered when you close it again.
