I usually use the following command for powershell script:
powershell -noprofile -nologo -noninteractive -executionpolicy Bypass -file <full path of powershell script>

Also, don't forget to make sure unsigned powershell scripting is enabled on the target. In some corporate environments it's disabled by default.
