DWP focuses on the user and does not allow complete ticket monitoring. There are some ideas to improve the product, at least for some powerusers to give a better overview.
As I said, at the moment this is not possible.

This feature is currently available only for services that are created using BMC Digital Workplace Catalog v1811
The user who submits a service request can add other users as collaborators for this request, so that they can view and comment the initial request. They can also cancel the service request if required.
.. not a company, but the requester can add people to collaborate with.

For us, however, this enhancement is not much. Perhaps a nice feature for individual cases, but far too little in large companies. There are separate controlling areas which want to always have an overview, regardless of whether the user allows it or thinks about it. From my point of view it's a pity that BMC developed ideas that didn't fit in with the existing ideas.
