I have restarted the arsystem many time but didn't work
I have not done nay other changes.
Just RAM is increased that needed to restart the VM(System)
After than when I tried to start arsystem but it stopped working
Processed failed to Start : [ BMC:EmailEngine ].
INFO - Processes Stopped : [ ].
INFO - Initialization of ARMonitor completed.
If you have midtier on same server you probably need to start tomcat.

What error do you see in below logs, anything helpful :
Else you can try clearing the entire DB directory and try manually restarting the AR Server Services just to narrow down the problem.
If possible you can share the snippet of the logs files.
