    TrackIt 2018 Migration Issue

      We are in the process of migrating from TrackIt 11.4 to TrackIt 2018 using the migration tool to move or data to Trackit 2018.  When I went in and viewed the migrated Help Desk tickets, some tickets have the Requestor and Assigned Technician populated, others have either the Requestor or the Assigned Technician populated, and others don't have either the Requestor or the Assigned Technician populated.  The tickets where one or both of these fields aren't populated, have the information from the 11.4 ticket in the Additional Information box so I don't understand why the appropriate field wasn't populated.  Has anyone else run into this issue and how did you solve it?
