    How to convert incoming email to Incident ticket in remedy 18.05

      Hi All,


      We have a requirement to convert incoming email to incident ticket. Below are the steps used:


      1) Created use case in RBE:Console

      2) Created rule for the use case in the Rule Configuration

      3) Created incident template in the Incident Template form and mapped in the rule created in step 2.


      Now when I test this configuration it is not working. Your inputs will be much appreciated.
