2 of 2 people found this helpfulobviously, retiring a system, you can shut down the Remedy system, but depending on how often you need access to the data, you may just want to keep the DB online. Because of the way that attachments are stored in the DB, you don't have direct access to them via the db, but I've written a tool that allows you to get at attachments, and even export them in bulk...
