    Populating contact fields from Customer web form

      The customer logs into the website and creates a ticket, the ticket is linking to the customer address book but the contact fields in the ticket are not being populated...such as Name, Address and phone numbers.


      If I create the ticket through the website as an "Agent", if I type in say email address, it links to the customer address book contact and fills in the fields.


      I have checked that the Read/Submit/Edit and Portal Guest roles are all set with fields permissions to View.


      I have read and followed this link but still doesn't work.
