    Custom Fields (and filters?) in Smart IT

      Following on from this discussion:

      Owner Group Searches in SmartIT

       

      I've added the owner company/org/group/ dynamic menu fields and they are appearing in Smart IT.

       

      If I've understood that thread, if I use a custom field it will show up as a filterable field in the ticket console?

       

      So I created two custom fields, and a filter which sets the value of the owner group and the owner into each of the two fields. I can add these to incident view in Smart IT screen configuration, but still can't find a way to add them as filters.

       

      Now that they're custom fields, how can I use them to filter incidents?
