Which reporting tool? Web Reports or Smart Reports or other reporting tool?
I don't have SRM module installed but that should be straight forward. In Web Reports you should create a join with Worder Order Association and AST:BaseElements form to have all the required fields on join and use the join for reporting. For smart Reporting look at the SRM view if that has the CI detail folder else modify and add it, similar to Incident Management view HPD:Association and AST:BaseElement see the screen shot.
I have Smart Reporting. Yes with Incident it is easy, we have an attribute than can be use to join HPD:Association with AST:BaseElement, but unfortunately there is no key that can be used to join WOI:Association with AST:BAseElement.

As I have mentioned above, I don't have SRM to suggest anything but How do you know the work order is associated with CI or vice versa?
Once you know the associated keys then you can using the same link the views as well.
you can use the Request ID (ReconciliationId for Asset) on the WOI:Associations form to join to any AST form as you would from Incident/Change/etc.
The Association forms are consistent with their conventions.
