    Configure different work schedules by staff team on the same support group.

      Guys, good morning.

       

      I have in some support groups some solvers who have a reduced working time (trainees, etc.)

      For example: I work 8 hours a day, but the trainee works 6.

       

      Is it possible for me to configure so that after 6 hours of work Assignment Engine does not assign tickets for the trainee?

      The routine would start again the next day.
