I created an active link and used a Change Field active link action, with field action Visibility, but the button does not appear on the HPD:Help Desk form.
In Run if qualification I entered 'Assigned Group' = "xxx". My user belong to xxx support group and the button is not appear.
What execution option you have selected, you would need multiple trigger in your requirement like Window Open, Loaded, Display and Menu Choice option for Assigned Group field. cross check permissions for active link and button.
Also as per your Run if qualification 'Assigned Group' = "xxx", button will be visible for tickets assigned to xxx group or when you manually select xxx in Assigned Group field. It will not check whether your user is a part of that group or not.
1) you have to check - Window Open, Window Loaded and Display.
2) Give the Active Link Permission to public.
3) If the current User should be member of some support group to see the button, you have to make run if:
$GROUPIDS$ LIKE "%;GroupID;%"
where groupID is the id of the support group (you can find it in the form Group.
Details about that are discussed here:
Thanks for the support, an additional question, I did what you told me.
I removed the user from the group with whom I am doing tests to validate that when the group does not belong to the button does not appear and now or not in the group the button appears

This could be exactly the strange thing which I asked at the end of the discussion:
sometimes when you remove the Support Group from the user record in CTM:People, it stays recorded in Groups in the User from record.
Please add an Message Action and put there $GROUPIDS$. Flush midtier cache.
You should he the list of actuall assigned groups for the current user. There you can check all the numbers/support groups with the Group form.
