Are you pulling info from RemedyForce using the SalesForce input step?
In case you are, you should maybe try to write the filter in the input step itself using SOQL. Otherwise you would end up pulling your entire incident repository each time into Pentaho.
In a SOQL (Salesforce step) you can select the needed records like;
Select * from BMCServiceDesk_Incident__c where WHERE CreatedDate = LAST_N_DAYS:30
