Just to update this thread, Abhay and I had a discussion on this and found some issues with the comparability of few packages - pydns, requests (actual name may differ).
Because this comparability issues, the docker packages were not being installed and caused docker module errors.
We did some clean-up at the OS level to complete the pre-reqs.
Can you please share the details of the steps you performed with Abhay as I am running into the same errors?

Please let us know more details on the issue that you are facing. If possible please open a support case with logs form the TrueSight-SM/logs folder.
