    Why is Directory Importer failing?

      I am using Track-it 20.18 and am trying to import our Active Directory users. When I run the importer, it will either say it has completed (though no users are added) or it says it fails and tells me to check the Directory Importer log, but when I look at the log, it just has a single line with the date and time in it. I got the importer to work one time when trying to import a small OU with only a few users in it, but when I try to import the entire users OU, it seems to fail.

       

      In addition, when the site times out, it seems to cancel the import and I have to start it anew. Is this intended? It seems a bit silly to have to remain logged in for the import to actually work.
