Each time I do a training session, one of the more difficult thing for new FootPrints admins and project leads to grasp is how people interact with FootPrints. One of the bigger parts of this is due to having essentially three "buckets": Agents, Customers, Contacts. Most other tools just have two, often with Customers and Contacts being merged together. Such as in SDE with Staff (Agents and "default customer") and Clients (sort of combination of Customer and Contact).
I usually draw something on a whiteboard or a little doodle in MS Paint, but I finally decided to kick it up a notch and do something more formal. So I figured I'd share it here:
