The default credentials for RSSO are
I provided the same Credentials but it is the same error .
- Failed to connect to the Remedy SSO server
If you are login to TSPS the TSPS URL redirect to RSSO and here you need to enter the Credential of TSPS(Default admin/admin12345). Secondly if you are login RSSO please verify if the url is correct example: https://<hostname/ipaddress>:<port>/rsso and enter RSSO credential default Admin/RSSO#Admin#

I have recently installed the RSSO and TSPS 11.3.01 on same host and it is working fine.
You need to provide the RSSO FQDN at the time of TSPS installation and password for RSSO Admin user is 'RSSO#Admin#'
Once the TSPS installation is completed successfully, you need to open the TSPS UI using https://tsps_hostname_with_fqdn
It will redirect you to RSSO login and you have to enter admin/admin12345 for TSPS login.
If you want to login the RSSO UI - Enter the below URL - https://rsso_hostname_with_fqdn:448/rsso/admin
Admin user - Admin/RSSO#Admin#
do you have other certificate than the selfsigned ones in use? then you would need to copy cacerts files to truesight installer, there is also a KB article regarding this, had this issue with same error message from truesight installer

Looks like the issue has been resolved as per his other question on how to change the logo.
VenkataNagaBhavaniShankar Nandula - Can you please let us know how you resolved? It will be helpful for the community.
And do not forget to mark this as answered and close the thread.

The RSSO service is not stable it is getting stopped ,so when we tried installing TSPS is not able to communicate with RSSO.
The server has only 4GB RAM so it was not working properly so now we installed it on a different server and everything is working as expected.
Thanks alot for the help
