Accessing data using public views - Documentation for BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization 11.3 - BMC Documentation explains the views and metrics.
SUMVALUE = Sum of samples values in the interval
For summary data, you cannot assume the number of samples for a timeframe is always the same, for example if a monitor did not provide data for all hours of a day, February data of a leap year compared with February data the year before, the days when daylight saving starts/ends.
SUMQUADVALUE = Sum of samples square values in the interval
This is required to normalize mean values if you compare samples of different sizes.
The Background section of Partition of sums of squares - Wikipedia gives a good explanation.
DCLASSID = Reference to the day class, e.g. Holiday, Working day
PCLASSID = Used to categorize outliers
Section under PV_SYS_DATA_DH in Accessing data using public views - Documentation for BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization 11.3 - BMC Documentation provides a good explanation.
Hope this helps,
