Migration error - 11.4 to 20.18.03 - cfgbuilder in purchasing section

    Shelley Leggett

I just updated the database from 20.18.02 to 20.18.03 because I was asked to by BMC. 20.18.02 didn't have a purchasing module and now 20.18.03 does and it appears this is where it's failing. What do I need to do to fix? I have submitted this as a ticket because it worked perfectly fine in 20.18.02 and I wouldn't have upgraded but there was another issue happening BMC told me I should.

We do not use the AD sync nor do we use windows authentication because no one else uses this software except the three IT techs who input information. We were waiting until we got the web version to roll it out to users.
