What Linux OS and version did you install TSCO 11.0 on?
The "/lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found" message usually means that the glibc version installed on the machine is older than the glibc version that the product components are looking for.
One way that can happen is if the base OS version isn't compatible with TSCO:
But there might be other reasons that could happen as well.
The linux OS version on Application server is:Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago)
kernel :Linux version 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64 (firstname.lastname@example.org) (gcc version 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-3) (GCC) ) #1 SMP Tue Jan 29 11:47:41 EST 2013
Acc to the doc you mentioned, 6.x is supported. Any other reason why this is happening?
