You may use a combination of two reports.
From TSPS console you can go to Configuration -> Managed Devices. Click on the three dots near Managed Devices title and select "Export Solutions by Agents". You will get a csv/excel file containing all KMs and versions installed on each PatrolAgent in your environment.
Additionally, you can login to the TSIM Console (if you have more than one TSIM, then you should do this on each TSIM Console), click on Options -> Administration -> scroll down to BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management section, click on Performance Diagnostics View link and then click on Deployment Analysis View. A new browser tab will open and there you will find "PATROL Integration" section. Select checkbox "Display KM per Agent" and then click on Show Details button to get the report.
