If you do not have 11.3 patch 3 or patch 4 already, please update to 11.3 patch 4. There is a fix in that for a situation in which queries into the CMDB can time out.
Does the dataset TML.SERVER exist? Also, is it writeable?
Now after i have upgraded with new patch i am getting issue with it.
You can see it in SS Devices in Queue are stuck and Total error is increasing by every minute .Can anyone suggest solution in this case?
-Should i clear the queue, if yes, then how?
- should i stop the process of CMBD sync, if yes, then how?
-Or any other suggestion?
I have ADDM 220.127.116.11 verision.

You did not show the errors sent by AR/CMDB displayed on the Sync Status page and also visible on the tw_cmdbsync_exporter.log file.
