    Remedy not generating ticket from online form email

      The online forms system is generating emails for requests but these are not converting to tickets in Remedy as they should be. Looking at the tickets in Remedy itself the last Auto Create ticket was created on the 21st November.


      Have Checked the following:

      BMC Remedy Email Engine - Running fine

      AR System PortMapper - running fine

      AR System Email Message - no errors reported

      AR system Email Error Logs - no errors reported


      I logged into the email account directly and can see 21+ items just sat there - these are the items that have not auto generated tickets so far.


      Is there anything else to check or any ideas as to why this has happened all of sudden?
