    Knowledge Base view for Customer role

      Hello,

       

      I am try to set up our knowledge Base so our users are able to see solutions not marked as Private. The only scopes available for each solution are "Private" or "Public and Private". To me, the later would grant users access to solutions not specifically labeled as "Private". However, unless I enable the Access to the "Private" Workflow in the Customer Role, they do not see any of the Solutions labeled "Public and Private". How do I go about set the Knowledge Base up so users can view "Public" solutions?
