Is this Standard SRD or You are using AIF ? if it is AIF then you can put your workflows to validate whether date is future or a past date ..
in case of Standard SRD then you need to write a filter on SRM:Request form which will fetch the question response from the SRS question responses form and set this values against your date filed into given SR TYpe Field. then validate the same by writing another workflow filter which will compare 'sr type field' < $TIMESTAMP$ if this is true then through error like you cann't choose a date from past.
i am using the standard SRD.
Is this will be reflected in Digital Workplace ?

i had tested the same from MYIT and yes it worked for me. this is the way how you can put your validations in a standard SRD. write set field filter at execution 300 and error filter at 301
Thank you very much PAWAN
the issue with this is, the validation error appears in top of the DWP/MyIT capture form, and if you have a large set of question, the user dont realize the error.
Do you know is this can be showed as pop-up or mark the field (like SmartIT does)
Pawn, when you created the filters did you use Instance ID to validate what SRD you were checking the date on?
Or did you use another method to valid the SRD?
