      I need to archive the Remedy 9 data of HPD:Help Desk and all custom forms that I have configured for it for publishing data to other systems.

      Can someone guide on this.

      I have identified below forms for archiving incident data.


      Incident Archival Forms
      HPD:Help Desk
      HPD:Help Desk Assignment Log
      HPD:Help Desk Audit Log

      How I can archive custom forms data which is used in the integration.

      What will happen if any particular incident is archived but the associated task with it is open ? Will that task become orphan ?

      Under Associations to follow for archive what is the significance of --> Associate Enforcement type column under HPD:Help Desk definition tab in the Developer studio
