    Prevent notifications being sent on assignments, only the parent

      I've called support about this and was told there is no setting within the admin console to disable notifications (open/closed) from being sent on child tickets. We want to implement the survey module using the closed ticket notification but only want a survey rating on the parent ticket and not each assignment and the parent. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this with the survey module or with assignments in general and if any workaround exists.
