I have been looking at the Change setup we have implemented.The system as built contains two assignment field types, for assigning and reviewing
The process is quite straightforward
Create - peer review - CAB review - accept/reject/review- in progress by assignees/close
The form contains the peer reviewers and the assignees, in different fields. It is fine that the peer reviewers see the ticket once submitted in its pre CAB state, but I do not
want the assignees to see the ticket until agreed by the CAB.
I think ..... once submitted an ASSIGNEE field gets to see the form in their queue by default. Can you delay it so that they only see it after the CAB has approved the Change?
You can do that using the workflow and role workflow permissions similar to how you would prevent people from seeing or editing closed incidents.
