    Support Staff using DWP vs. Smart IT

      Is it the thought that when Help Desk staff receive a call from a customer they would go into Digital Workplace and submit a request on behalf of the customer? Is there a way they can submit these requests using Smart IT with the same questions configured in Digital Workplace?
