    Unable to see that an attachment exists on an incident in SDE

      When I open (some) incident tickets in SDE, the attachment tab does not show that an attachment exists but there actually is an attachment.  This is happening to me and a colleague of mine.  When I add another group to my SDE account and select that group, I can see the attachment.


      We have made no configuration changes (that we know of) in SDE that would impact this.


      The group permissions for the group I select when I cannot see the attachment have all of the Attachment permissions checked.
