    Not Able To Add Keywords In Knowledge Management -  Smart IT

      Hi All,

       

      We are trying to add keywords to a Knowledge Article.

      It's only 1 article where we cannot add Keywords which is imported on both QA and Prod.

       

      However we can add keywords to the other KA.

       

      Has anyone faced this issue and how to solve the same?
