In our old version of Track-It, I could view all open tickets and assignments for all technicians grouped by tech. In Track-It 2018, if I go to the All Work view, it shows everything: open closed, pending, etc. and I can't modify/filter the view. Nor can I figure out a way to create my own custom view with just open tickets and assignments sorted by tech. Am I missing something or is the view I'm used to just not possible in Track-It 2018?
That view isn’t possible currently but we will be enhancing the views in a future update.
Well that's disappointing and makes my job a lot harder
