    Create an incident from a button on the contacts record

      Our phone system has a program that when you pick up a call it opens up the contact record in salesforce.


      does anyone know if its possible to have a button on the contact record that our support representatives can click to then create an incident with the contact field populated from the contacts page?


      We don't use client, we have switched it to using salesforce contacts.


      any help would be appreciated.
