    Unable to map Email Content to Incident Fields

      I am unable to map email content to Incident Fields. I followed the instructions given on this link:-

      Settings to create incidents by using email messages - Documentation for BMC Remedyforce 20.15.01 - BMC Documentation

       

      The whole email body gets copied to the Description field as you can see below

      I would prefer only Body field of the incident email to map against Description. Can anyone guide me how to do it  ; what Incident Field, Email Content and Email Keyword to use in order to achieve this?
