    Generic Categorization Tier1 Field is not dropdown in Smart IT

      We have brought hidden field Generic Categorization Tier1 in view for Incident Management and Problem Management. It is a drop down filed in remedy classic view but in Smart IT it is showing as character field (when type any relevant value in field, matching values shows in drop down for eg. - I have type Application, 2 matching values comes as drop down Application Error, Application Performance..). It should be drop down field in Smart IT as well because end users might not always know correct values to be typed. It will be an issue then. Please assist, is this a expected behavior?


      Note: It is working as expected for Problem Management.
