Also, this suggests a couple SQL Queries. I tried creating report type based on group/group member, but it didn't seem to give me what I wanted. Haven't tried the queries:
We are using this and it's fine to get an overview of a single queue but it misses some basics:
- can only request one queue at a time
- lists all RF queues, incl. the inactive ones + empty
- no option to get an overview user-queue which would fit a need of our users non-admin when they want to check which queues are valid for user X
- no filters
But since there is no alternative....
