    Report for tickets that have to be re-opened

      I wish I could say that we NEVER have to re-open helpdesk tickets because we are perfect and follow ever ticket through to complete customer satisfaction.   Well, that's just not the case.  I'm looking for a Help Desk module report that reports on tickets that have been changed from closed/completed status back to open with date range filters.  Filtering by technician would be great but could live with reporting on all technicians, grouped by technician.  I'm not seeing a canned report that fits the bill.  Am I missing it? ~Rachel
