    How to change the Incident message summary


      Hi Team,


      I am a New person to work from BPPM server side. Could you please let me know how we can change summary of Incident message. And let me know the if we update the message what we will faced the advantages and disadvantages.


      Please check the below example.


      Present Incident Summary - "Pluggable Table Space  Percent space used > 85%  for 5 min."


      Customer asking to like the below.


      Alert message is not clear. Can we please know the details of table space which is causing the alert. We saw this alert several times which clears automatically, however we don’t know which tablespace is causing it.
