    Can you require a technician when closing a ticket on trackit 2018?

      The field is marked as read only on the form designer so I cant pick required.  This is letting people close tickets without them being assigned to anyone.  Alternatively, could there be logic built in that if you close a ticket it automatically assigns it to you?  (For now, I'll play around with making a rule after the ticket is closed.)
