We recently signed a partnership agreement and received a AWS AMI for "BMC Remedy ITSM 9.1.00 with REST". We are using it to develop integration through REST APIs. We were able to successfully to authenticate and build the integration with the ticketing system using REST APIs. However, when we began to try the CMDB APIs as suggested by this document, we kept on getting 404 error with all URLs listed in it. It led us to believe that the CMDB API is not available or not properly configured. If anyone has any pointer to a troubleshooting or configuration document on how to enable the /api/cmdb REST APIs, it would be greatly appreciated.
