    BMC Virtual agent chat servlet connection error

      Hi Team,

       

      Virtual agent 9.0.

      We have observed that our support agent are facing issue in virtual agent support console with error "warning servlet connection error the server will automatically reconnect if this error persists please contact to administrator".

      I have already tried to fix this issue with below kb article but didn't worked.

      Can you please suggest how can we fix this issue.
