      Can a task note trigger an email alerting parent ticket owners?

       

      This is an ask from one of our clients and I feel it's stretching the capabilities of Remedyforce. Has anyone seen this kind of cross object alert work?

       

      Here is the flow of how it should function:

      Task has an action note created.

      The parent ticket (IN/SR/CR) queue is sent an email alert with the contents of the note in the body of the email.
