It looks like an escalation is updating a records that is triggering a filter. The filter has a run process in a set fields action. For whatever reason the filter cannot find the executable/script it is looking for.
Or I wonder, is the filter is finding the script but some command/executable that the script is calling cannot be found. If the script is in the right place then it is likely an environment variable issue.
You'll need to look at the filter logs to find which filter is calling the script/executable. Once you find the filter and the script being called, try running the script as the same user that AR System runs as.

I try running "/bin/sh" as the same user that AR System runs as, is fine "sh" it found
