    Viewing submitted tickets and service requests by All Users

      So, i like to know if REMEDY FORCE allows any user to search or view already submitted tickets previously.


      For. e.g if a user logs in to report an incident like 'Printer not working for certain office floor' but wants to check whether its been reported already or to check what's the status of that ticket etc - is there any option like that?


      Also, if any user wants to Follow or Watch a particular ticket in Remedy Force for live updates through Self Service Portal?
