    Track-It! 11.4 Error on Directory Import: ldap timeout

      I have encountered an error in the logs:

       

      -- On TrackIt.Core.DirectoryImporter.LDAPReader.GetDeletedUsersOnly()

      -- The operation was aborted because the client side timeout limit was exceeded. [System.Directory.Services.Protocols.LdapException]

       

      This is causing the import process to stop, and new users who were imported are not being granted access to the self-service web, as is configured.

       

      How can I extend/correct/troubleshoot the timeout limit?

       

      Can the developers put in some exception handling that re-routes the logic to continue the import process after a time-out occurs?
