I often face to the issue that be not able to login to CDP. ( Able to login to ASSO.)
And when it happened, i know how to solve.
Delete the .lck file of from "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\AtriumSSO\tomcat\logs".
and restart all BAO service then issue will be solve. (That's what BMC support told me)
I would like to know why this thing will happen ?
What things can be the trigger of this ? ( Could not get the answer from the support.. so please tell me if someone know it even the possibility)
