    Track-It Technician Queues

      Is there a way, via Security Policies or any other way, really, to control what queues a technician is able to assign tickets to?  I know you can set it up so that they can't edit or even view tickets in certain queues, but what I want to do is to be able to utilize Track-It! as a tool in managing our organization's escalation policy.

       

      This may not be possible and I have not found a way to make it work, but it can't hurt to ask.
