we had a similar Problem... The Customer had TS10.7 with Remedy_Single_Sign-On_for_TrueSight_Version_10.7_Windows. As we had some issue after Upgrading TS10.7 to 11.3, we decided to use the latest RSSO Version... which was 18.08. But it didn't work with any tested RSSO Version.
Last but not least we used "Remedy_Single_Sign-On_for_TrueSight_Version_11.3.01_Windows". Now it is working as expected. The only strange Thing was, that this package contain RSSO 18.02. But if you install Standard RSSO18.02, it is not working...
So if you plan to upgrade you're RSSO Version, then use this "Remedy_Single_Sign-On_for_TrueSight_Version_11.3.01_Windows" for TS11.3.
We haven’t upgraded RSSO since our 10.5 install because we don’t know what to upgrade to.
