Yes, you can simply define both VTAM and TCPIP definitions to your CASDEFs.
The sequence is determined by CAS parameter COMMORDR. Default is XTV (means: XCF first, TCPIP second, VTAM last).
Look for MSG: BBMZA106I Communication selection order is set to XTV
If you work with this default restart the two CAS address spaces after adding the TCPIP port and hostname to both CASDEFs. Deactivating VTAM is not necessary.
