I'm sorry for my delay reply.
My customer have a lot of Ready status on the cdp. so i am investigating this but even on the BMC documentation, it is not clear explanation about Ready status. I really do not understand the logic of the "Ready" status. like when will it happen. what will be the reason of being ready status.

due to any activity on Grid like module activation/deactivation cause the running workflow to get into READY state and the those workflows will continue the execution again.
